In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to notify the company, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, that they are withdrawing from the order\/contract, by sending a notification to the contact email address hello@moja-moja.si, without having to state the reason for their decision. The notification shall be deemed timely if submitted in writing or by email within 14 days. The return shipment of the returned goods to the company\u2019s address, MOJA MOJA d.o.o., Kose\u0161ka 8, 1000 Ljubljana, must be sent within a further 15 days of the notification. In this case, the buyer shall bear the costs incurred when returning the goods.
