Personal pickups and returns are possible during working hours. When your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification by phone or email 🙂
Pošta Slovenije has introduced contactless delivery, which means that the postal worker will ring your doorbell, and you shout to them from the window, “Thank you, just sign for me,” and they will leave the package in front of your door. If you are not at home, you can collect the package from a parcel locker or post office, where the same system as in pharmacies has been introduced. You can call the post office and tell them where the postal worker can leave your package if you wish to avoid collecting it at the post office. You need the tracking number, which you will receive by SMS.

CASH ON DELIVERY – If possible, choose another payment method – bank transfer or PayPal, so that unnecessary contact does not occur. During the state of emergency, this is absolutely necessary.
